Kontext sends email to our users for different purposes: account registration verification, newsletter deliveries, etc.
However, we got feedbacks from users that many emails landed into their Spam or Junk box.
To improve deliverability of our emails and newsletters, Kontext has now enabled DKIM.
If you are interested in how these technologies work, please refer to the following links:
- Use DKIM to validate outbound email sent from your custom domain (Office 365/Microsoft 365)
If you still find emails landed into your Spam or Junk boxes, please provide feedbacks to us. Also please mark the email sender (no-reply[at]kontext.tech) as not Spam or add it in your contact list.
