Change Password
Accessing Password Settings

Log in to your account
- Visit Kontext Platform and sign in
- Ensure you’re using your current password

Navigate to account settings
- Click on your profile menu (usually in the top-right corner)
- Select Account Settings
- Click on for the Password tab
Password Change Process

Enter your current password. Provide your existing password to verify your identity. This security measure ensures only you can change your password.

Create your new password

Choose a strong new password that meets the requirements:
- Minimum length: 8 characters
- Uppercase letters: At least one (A-Z)
- Lowercase letters: At least one (a-z)
- Numbers: At least one (0-9)
- Special characters: At least one (!@#$%^&* etc.)

Avoid reusing your previous password

Confirm your new password. Re-enter your new password to ensure both entries match exactly.

Complete the change. Click Update Password
Additional Security Measures
For enhanced security after changing your password:
Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Add an extra layer of security to your account. Refer to User Registration guide for setup instructions.
Review Account Activity
Check your account for any suspicious activity. Monitor login attempts and account changes.
Can’t Remember Your Current Password
If you’ve forgotten your current password and can’t complete the change process. Use the password reset feature by following our Password Reset guide. This will allow you to set a new password via email.
